ADULT & FAMILY COUNCIL:

 The Adult and Family Council’s mission is to promote and facilitate Christian Fellowship by planning events, programs and activities for the church family.  Programs include: Family Night Suppers, Dinner Groups, Couples’s Retreats, Sunday Fellowship Time, Forever Young, Movie Nights, etc.

DINNER GROUPS:

 Aveleigh currently has seven different active dinner groups with approximately 90 people involved.  Participants enjoy dinner in members' homes or in restaurants together monthly.  Dinner groups offer a wonderful time for small group fellowship and a time of getting to know one another better.  If you would like to join in the fun, fellowship, and good food, then contact Cindy Shaver, at 276-3534, or Sherry Swindler, our 2005 Dinner Group Coordinator, at 276-0153.  

FOREVER YOUNG:

 Forever Young gatherings include adults of all ages and with a special emphasis on those matured and wise after years of learning!  These gatherings meet the third Wednesday of the month (excluding the summer) for a lunch and short program.  A team of cooks serve lunch at 12:30pm for a cost of $3 per person with the program following at 1pm.  The meal and program together last approximately one hour.  If you are interested in attending this gathering or want to learn more about this group, please contact the Church at 276-3534.

Aveleigh’s Sunday Fellowship Time:

Everyone is invited to Truesdell Hall (our gym) on Sundays immediately following the Sunday School hour (10:45a.m.) for coffee, juice, and snacks.  This is a great time to fellowship with Aveleigh family and friends.  Since our Second Service begins at 11am – snack time ends at 10:55am.
